1.    Sponsor. Abigail Douris Real Estate, 1 Brickyard Lane, Suite C, York, ME 03909 ("Sponsor").

2.    Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Maine and New Hampshire who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

3.    Entry period. The contest begins Oct 8, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET and ends Oct 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Entry Period").

4.    How to enter. During the Entry Period, comment on Sponsor's official contest post on the Abigail Douris Real Estate Facebook page with a photo of your pet in a Halloween costume. Photos from previous years are allowed. Comments on other posts, and photos sent by other means, are not entries. Limit one entry per person. Additional comments from the same person will not count as extra entries.

5.    Photo requirements. The photo must show a pet you own or care for, and you must have the right to share it. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, offensive, or does not follow these rules.

6.    Winner selection. On or about Oct 30, 2026, one winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries, conducted by Sponsor and Sponsor's dog, Sugar. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7.    Winner notification. The potential winner will be contacted through Facebook Messenger and must reply within 48 hours to confirm eligibility. If the potential winner does not reply, is ineligible, or cannot claim the prize, an alternate winner will be chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8.    Prize. One (1) winner will receive a gift basket (approximate retail value: $100.00). No cash equivalent or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

9.    Prize pickup. The prize must be picked up in person at 1 Brickyard Lane, Suite C, York, ME 03909 during business hours or a mutually agreed upon time by Nov 13, 2026. The prize will not be shipped or mailed. A prize not picked up by that date is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

10. Charitable donation. Sponsor will donate $1.00 to a local animal shelter selected by Sponsor for each eligible entry received during the Entry Period, up to a maximum of $100.00. The shelter will be announced on Sponsor's Facebook page. The donation is made by Sponsor, not by entrants, and no purchase or donation is needed to enter. The shelter is not a sponsor or administrator of this contest.

11. Publicity and use of photos. By entering, you allow Sponsor to share your entry photo, first name, and pet's name on Sponsor's social media channels and website in connection with this contest, without further compensation. The winner agrees to a photo at prize pickup that Sponsor may post.

12. Taxes. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

13. General conditions. Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical problems, or other factors outside its control affect the contest. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, deleted, or not visible because of Facebook settings.

14. Release. By entering, you release Sponsor from any liability related to the contest or the prize, to the extent allowed by law.

15. Facebook and Instagram. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Meta from any liability related to this contest. Information you provide is given to Sponsor, not to Meta.

16. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.

17. Winner's name. For the winner's first name and town, send a request to sales@abigaildouris.com by Nov 30, 2026.
