From Center Ice to the Seacoast

I grew up in The Beaches neighborhood of Toronto, came to the University of New Hampshire on a full hockey scholarship, and went on to play professional hockey for nearly 20 years. In 2002, I hung up my skates, settled on the coast of Maine, and joined my wife, business partner, and unmistakable better half, Abigail, in real estate.

This business may seem worlds away from the rink, but the competitiveness and the fun we have every day feel a lot like pro sports – more than I ever expected. As business manager, I wear a lot of hats. One minute I'm in the office putting the finishing touches on a market analysis for a million-dollar property, and the next you'll see me around town hammering a For Sale sign into the ground. We live this business, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm still active in the local hockey community as head coach of the York High School boys varsity hockey team and a proud member of the Boston Bruins Alumni.
