Following in my mother's footsteps, I've spent 17 years guiding clients through major life transitions across Maine, New Hampshire, and North Carolina. Before entering real estate in 2009, I spent 25 years in financial services, a background that blends deep financial literacy and sharp negotiation skills with a lifelong fascination for home design and local architecture.

Growing up in Sanford and returning to North Berwick in 1989 to raise my family, York County is home. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I specialize in estate sales, downsizing, and 55+ moves, while loving first-time buyers just as much. My approach is completely hands-on: no assistants, no 9-to-5 limits, and direct communication every step of the way.

When I'm not working, I'm usually listening to a true crime podcast while walking the trails from Stearns Woods to Wiggly Bridge, catching a quiet morning at Wells Beach before the crowds hit, or planning my next trip abroad. Most of all, I love spending time with my husband, Steve, our kids, and my grandson Rowan.
