With a background in architecture and over 40 years running Robert Reed Associates in Cape Neddick, I've spent my career designing, building, and restoring coastal homes across Southern Maine and Massachusetts. Adding real estate to my practice was a natural evolution – guiding clients through buying or selling requires that exact same focus on lifestyle, structural integrity, and long-term vision.

I specialize in luxury, waterfront, land, and restoration properties throughout York, Kittery, and Ogunquit. My approach is calm, detail-oriented, and fiercely protective of my clients. Drawing on four decades of hands-on experience, I help buyers and sellers spot hidden possibilities and avoid costly pitfalls long before reaching the closing table.

My wife and I moved to Maine in 1980 to raise our family near the coast, and after 40 years of marriage, three kids, and two grandsons, this coastline remains home. Outside of work, you'll find me on the pickleball court, catching a game on the weekend, or co-directing the annual Nubble Lighthouse Swim to support the Michael Phelps Foundation.
