Real estate, for me, has always been about working with people, solving problems, and helping guide big decisions with confidence. I started my career after graduating from the University of New Hampshire and earning my real estate license in Massachusetts back in 1987. From there, my career took me into finance and eventually into municipal leadership, where I spent nearly 15 years as Town Administrator in Norfolk, Massachusetts—working closely with residents, managing day-to-day challenges, and helping move the community forward. 

That experience shaped the way I approach real estate today. I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate important decisions, and I bring the same level of focus, organization, and accountability to every transaction. My goal is simple: ensure each seller achieves their objectives and every buyer finds the right home—with a process that feels smooth, informed, and well-managed from start to finish.

After years in Massachusetts, my wife Elizabeth and I returned to the Seacoast—where we first lived after college—and it continues to be a place we’re proud to call home. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hiking with Elizabeth and our rescue dogs, Charlie and Roo, out on the golf course, or spending time with my children, John and Christina.
